Hi, I'm Lauren Gingerella. I enjoy long walks on the beach looking for shorebird nests. My M.S. project examined the effectiveness of predator exclosures at increasing nest success of Wilson's Plovers (Charadrius wilsonia). I monitored plover nests with predator exclosures and unexclosed nests during the 2016 and 2017 breeding seasons on Little St. Simons Island, Georgia.

I will be starting my employment with the North American Land Trust in May 2018, and will get to travel between easements and property across the state of Georgia.
